Terms of Service
1. GENERAL
1. By transferring the payment it is understood you agree with the TOS.
2. The art starts only after the payment is received.
3. All commissions will be done through Pay-pal. Do not push for other forms of payment.
4. Provide a clear reference of the character, the commission will be declined if no reference is provided.
5. I will send previews during the sketch phase for approval. After the initial approval there will not be any massive changes or redraws made for free to the artwork.
6. The expected time window to complete the commission is 1-2 months. Any delays will be communicated to the client.
2. BASIC ARTIST & CLIENT PROCESS
1. If you are interest in having a commission please contact me through my DM’s on one of the following websites: Tumblr, Instagram or Twitter.
1.2 Also please just so i know that you are not a bot (and that you read this TOS) send “Praise the Lamb” in your first message.
2. Send image references for character. It doesn’t need to be a full detailed reference sheet, it can be just a colored sketch, a picrew image, a meme drawing, or anything that gets the idea across. The commission will be declined if no reference is provided.
3. You, the client, will be updated several times throughout the progress, so please keep in check with your DM’s.
4. The finished art will be delivered in .PNG through Email or Discord.
3. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
1. As stated in General Rules, the artwork will only begin once the payment is received.
2. Payment will be done through Pay-pal. Do not push for other forms of payment.
3. Once the sketch stage begin no full refunds will be issued. Instead there will be a 70% refund.
4. After the sketch has been approved by the client no refunds will be issued.
5. Full refunds are not possible due to Paypal fees. If a full refund is request i will send the client the exact amount Paypal send me.
Ex: The commission as $20, Paypal send me $16 based on the fees, i will send you back $16
This type of refund will only be accepted if:
5.1 The commission is canceled on my end for personal issues, which in this case I will notify you of the circumstances and offer the refund.
5.2 The refund is requested before the artwork begins. If you choose to request a refund notify me as soon as possible.Keep in mind that refunds might take up to 5 days due to PayPal policies, please be patient.And keep in mind that just like Paypal charges me fees, it will also charge you, meaning the refund will be even less than what was originally sent. SO PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR A COMMISSION IF YOU'LL NEED THE MONEY LATER.6. The client do not have permission to repost any WIPs/progress images of canceled commissions in their galleries. They also do not have permission to pay someone to complete the image or to complete it themselves. The artist retains all rights to WIPs of canceled work and may recycle them as they wish.
4. IMAGE RIGHTS
1.The artist retains all rights to any commissions produced. This includes every progress of the piece from WIPs to finished work to timelapses, etc.
2. The artist retains the rights to post/display/share the commissioned work on any gallery. This includes every progress of the piece from WIPs to finished work to timelapse, etc.
2.2 – All the pieces will be posted on my socials once finished, the description of the post will have the character name, buyer’s @ and such.
2.3 – The buyer can ask to not be tagged, i will send a message asking if it’s okay to mention you before posting any stage of the piece.
2.4 – The buyer can post the piece on their socials, as long as proper credit is given, that means tag me/the artist in the post.
3. All the characters belongs to to their respective owners, however the copyright to the image itself belongs to me/the artist.
3.2 – The artist retains all the rights to make prints and merchandise of commissioned pieces of fanart in the future.
3.3 – However pieces that includes original characters/fan character/AU’s will NEVER be used for commercial use by the artist (that means no prints, merchandise and such)
3.4 – Under no circumstances can the buyer claim authorship of the art. Just like I never will claim authorship of the characters.
4. The pieces are NOT available for commercial use, that includes (but isn't limited to) selling prints, promotional material, book illustrations, Twitch/Youtube emotes, Twitch/Youtube assets and similar businesses.
4.2 The buyer can also use the commission for personal, non-commercial purposes such as icons, personal prints etc., so long as proper credit is given.
5. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, COMMERCIAL OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE COMMISSIONED PIECES BE USED FOR AI ART, NTFs OR ANY PROJECT RELATED OR PROMPTING THESE THINGS!Updated: 02 August 2024
